claspy.CLICKABLE DEMO

One dealer, three channels, one inbox.

Follow Larkspur & Vane, a fictional watch dealer in New York, as they connect their email and website to Claspy, and their customers start writing in. Everything runs in your browser on sample data.

Start the demo

Tip: open the website and the inbox in two windows side by side. Messages move between them as they happen.

  1. 1

    Connect the business email

Sign in to sales@larkspurvane.com, choose how far back to import, and whether the agent replies on its own or drafts for approval.

  2. 2

    Add the chat widget

Pick a name, greeting and color, copy the one-line snippet, and put it on the dealer’s website.

  3. 3

    Chat as a website visitor

Ask about a watch in stock, one that isn’t, or say you want to buy. No sign-in needed.

  4. 4

    Email as a customer

Write to sales@larkspurvane.com as a new customer, or as one already talking on WhatsApp.

  5. 5

    Work the inbox

Every channel in one list. See what the agent did, take over warm leads, approve drafts and close deals.

Where the demo fills gaps in the spec

  • Email connects by signing in to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, with a forwarding address as the fallback (open question Q4).
  • Connecting imports 30 days of email by default. Imported threads become history; the agent only answers new email (Q5).
  • Dealers choose whether the agent sends email replies itself or drafts them for approval.
  • A lead turns warm when the customer wants to buy, view or negotiate. The agent then stops and a person takes over (Q9).
  • A person can hand a conversation back to the agent (Q10).
  • Website chats show in the Claspy inbox only, not in the business WhatsApp (Q22).
  • A website visitor who gives an email Claspy already knows joins that customer’s record.
